I bought a new manufactured home at prestige homes in hudson they are a nobility home dealership, I have had their home since 2008 and the Air conditioner supplied made by Nordyne' it seems that the salesman from Nordyne and the purchase agent at Nobility had put into the purchase agreement that the 10 year warranty has to be done with a company Atlantic A/C ( went out of business) another company bought the rights called Style crest I called them on sept 22, 2015 took 2 days for them to come out the tech never handed in the ticket meanwhile I have someone that is a authorized Nordyne/Frigidaire service that could have repaired it the following day. only Nordyne could not cover the part because of this agreement between Nobility and Nordyne at this point style crest is not really interested in sending a tech 90 miles each way to repair it they flat out said if you have someone local use him, so far I have spoken to the dealership, the Nobility style crest and Nordyne and as of today I still am in the dark and still have no air conditioner these people are closed week ends so it looks like it will hitha month before I might get a answer

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of air-conditioner compressor and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1100. Nortek Global Hvac needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
